Ingredients

  • Cheese

Instructions

  • Ether buy grated cheese or grated your own cheese
  • Place your grated cheese on a Freeze Dryer – See Notes
  • Ten hours to dry, if the cheese is not crisp when shaped add additional time
  • Dried cheese goes into the food processor
  • Added whatever DRY seasoning you want to taste
  • Be sure your added seasoning don't have maltodextrin, dextrose, corn solids or cane sugar
  • Store in a air tight container for up to 1 year

Notes

Don’t use a food dehydrator. It will melt.
