Instructions
- Ether buy grated cheese or grated your own cheese
- Place your grated cheese on a Freeze Dryer - See Notes
- Ten hours to dry, if the cheese is not crisp when shaped add additional time
- Dried cheese goes into the food processor
- Added whatever DRY seasoning you want to taste
- Be sure your added seasoning don't have maltodextrin, dextrose, corn solids or cane sugar
- Store in a air tight container for up to 1 year
