Ingredients

Prep & Mix

Coconut

  • 3 Cups Shredded Coconut

Seeds & Salt

  • 1 Cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Add all of the non-nut to a bowl and microwave for 45 seconds. Whisk together until combined.
  • Add in the coconuts and seeds and stir to combine.
  • Line a baking sheet with silicone baking mat. Spread the granola mixture over the silicone baking mat.
  • Line the baking sheet with a 1/4 to 1/2 high – use additional baking sheets
  • Bake for 8 minutes for a crunchy-chewy granola. If you prefer a crunchy granola, bake for 13 minutes total.
  • Let cool completely.
  • Break into small clusters and store in an airtight container.
