Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add all of the non-nut to a bowl and microwave for 45 seconds. Whisk together until combined.
Add in the coconuts and seeds and stir to combine.
Line a baking sheet with silicone baking mat. Spread the granola mixture over the silicone baking mat.
Line the baking sheet with a 1/4 to 1/2 high - use additional baking sheets
Bake for 8 minutes for a crunchy-chewy granola. If you prefer a crunchy granola, bake for 13 minutes total.
Let cool completely.
Break into small clusters and store in an airtight container.
