Instructions
Pre-heat over to 350 F
First add yeast to warm tap water, allow yeast to activate.
Mix all wet ingredients and salt
Once everything Elsa is completely mixed together add the almond flour till you have a firm ball of dough.
Use a rolling pin to make it flat even square.
Use a pizza cutting wheel to make 2 inch strips 2 ft long
Spread the cinnamon paste on top of strips of dough
Roll the pastry and cut in half to make two rolled rolls
Place the Cinnamon Danish in a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Make sure you leave space between the Danish so they can expand during baking.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden.
While the Danishes are baking, prepare the frosting. In a small bowl.
When the rolls are cooling on the cooling rack, drizzle the glaze over the Danishes.
Allow to cool!
