  • 1 cup jackfruit flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • tsp ghee
  • salt
  • water Water to knead the dough

Instructions

  • Mix almond flour jackfruit flour salt ghee together. Sprinkle water and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough for 10 minutes.
  • Dust some almond flour and start rolling to thin flat roti. Heat on a tawa. Put the roti and cook for 10 seconds. Cook both sides. If puffs up well like pulka
  • Use a tawa. Cook for 10 seconds. Cook both sides. If puffs up well like a pulka
  • Jackfruit flour and almond flour roti is ready to serve.
