- 1 cup almond flour

- Mix almond flour jackfruit flour salt ghee together. Sprinkle water and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough for 10 minutes.
- Dust some almond flour and start rolling to thin flat roti. Heat on a tawa. Put the roti and cook for 10 seconds. Cook both sides. If puffs up well like pulka
