Equipment
- 1 mason jar
- 1 coffee maker
Ingredients
- 1 cup favorite brewed coffee To thicken: See Notes
- 1 cup White Rum Bolder flavor use a darker rum
- 1 cup Monk Fruit Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- couple cloves
Instructions
- put this in a mason jar and shake it
- Put that in your fridge
- Should last you unopened (un-used) four or five weeks
Option:
- Use Coffee Grounds instead of brewed coffee
- Add all ingredients
- shake well and store in a cool place or fridge.
- Shake every few days while resting 15 days.
- Filter into another Mason Jar. Enjoy
Notes
To brew coffee to a thicker consistency, simply increase the amount of coffee grounds you use relative to the amount of water; this is essentially adjusting the coffee-to-water ratio to a higher proportion of coffee grounds, resulting in a more concentrated and fuller-bodied brew.
